MAHAVITARAN is one of India’s largest power distribution companies. It offers ITI graduates an excellent opportunity to start their careers through an apprenticeship program that trains and empowers young talent.
2. Eligibility – ITI in Relevant Trade
Candidates must have passed 10th standard and hold an ITI certificate in relevant trades such as Electrician, Wireman, or COPA. The age of applicants should be between 18 and 30 years. Reserved category candidates get relaxation as per government norms.
3. Selection – Based on ITI Marks Only
No written test is conducted. Selection is purely merit-based, considering ITI final marks. A district-wise merit list will be published and shortlisted candidates will be offered apprenticeship positions.
4. Stipend and Apprenticeship Duration
Apprentices receive a monthly stipend between ₹7,000 to ₹9,000. The duration is typically one year. Completing the apprenticeship adds great value to a candidate’s resume and increases chances of future employment in both government and private sectors.
5. Future Scope and Career Growth
After successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates may be eligible to apply for regular MAHADISCOM jobs. Moreover, the experience also helps in other PSU recruitments where apprenticeship is preferred.

📝 MAHAVITARAN Apprentice भरती 2025 – सविस्तर माहिती
1. सरकारी अप्रेंटीसची सुवर्णसंधी
महावितरण कंपनी ही महाराष्ट्रातील सर्वात मोठी वीज वितरण संस्था आहे. दरवर्षी ती आयटीआय विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी अप्रेंटीस पदांची भरती करते. 2025 मध्येही वेगवेगळ्या जिल्ह्यांसाठी अप्रेंटीस पदांची मोठी भरती होणार आहे.
2. पात्रता आणि वयोमर्यादा
उमेदवारांनी संबंधित ट्रेडमध्ये ITI उत्तीर्ण असणे आवश्यक आहे. ट्रेडमध्ये Electrician, Wireman, COPA यांचा समावेश आहे. उमेदवारांचे वय 18 ते 30 वर्षांच्या दरम्यान असावे. SC/ST/OBC/PWD उमेदवारांना शासकीय नियमानुसार सवलत दिली जाते.
3. निवड प्रक्रिया – मेरिट यादीवर आधारित
